Job Description :

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at InstaaCoders, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility is to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and align them with InstaaCoders' services. You’ll work closely with our marketing and technical teams to drive sales and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting :

  • Identify potential clients in target markets (IT, startups, SMEs, etc.) through various channels like LinkedIn, online platforms, and networking events.
  • Generate qualified leads by researching companies, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building :

  • Initiate contact with prospects via email, cold calls, and networking.
  • Present InstaaCoders’ services and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and ROI.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate service offerings such as software development, mobile app development, AI solutions, and more.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and meetings.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals, managing contracts and terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.

4. Market Research & Analysis :

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated CRM system with lead information, communication history, and status updates.

5. Reporting & Documentation :

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue targets, and market analysis.
  • Generate qualified leads by researching companies, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Key Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or related role, ideally within the tech or IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical services to non-technical clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed.
Preferred Skills :
  • Familiarity with IT services, software development, and tech industry trends.
  • Prior experience working with digital platforms, software, or tech service sales.
  • Strong network of contacts in the tech industry or previous experience working in a B2B environment.
